Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Customer Care Executive to join our team at our Ahmedabad location. In this on-site role, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, ensuring excellent experiences, and resolving concerns promptly. Day-to-day activities include assisting customers with service-related queries, managing customer feedback, and collaborating with internal teams to provide effective resolutions. The Customer Care Executive will also guide clients on services, promote offerings, and ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication and support.

Qualifications

Experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with a customer-first attitude
Experience in a healthcare or diagnostic services field is a plus
Proficiency in common workplace software and technologies
Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Care/Front Desk/Patient handling
