Required Skills & Qualifications

Registered Nurse (GNM / BSc Nursing / MSc Nursing)
1-3 years of clinical or home-care experience
Mandatory Skills:
Patient care & nursing procedures
Home visit nursing service delivery
Wound care, injections, medication administration, vital monitoring
Ability to collaborate with doctors, hospitals, and family members
Strong communication & documentation skills (EHR preferred)
Compassionate, disciplined, and ethical approach to patient care

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care at patient homes as per physician instructions
Conduct routine home visits for assessments, medication administration & monitoring
Track and record patient vitals and observation reports accurately
Coordinate care plans with doctors, specialists, and families
Maintain hygiene, safety, equipment readiness, and confidentiality
Educate patients and families about treatment and aftercare
