Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to support senior management in daily administrative and coordination tasks. The candidate should be efficient in handling schedules, travel arrangements, and communication while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and organize daily, weekly, and monthly schedules
Arrange and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and MOM (Minutes of Meeting)
Handle calendar management and set reminders for important tasks and events
Manage travel arrangements (flight bookings, hotel reservations, itineraries)
Act as a point of contact between management and internal/external stakeholders
Assist in day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks
Maintain documents, records, and reports in an organized manner
Provide support as required by management from time to time
Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent time management and organizational abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
High level of confidentiality and professionalism

Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline

Additional certification in administration or management is a plus

Experience

Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant

Other Requirements

Immediate joiner preferred

Flexible and adaptable to work requirements
