Salary: 25,000 + 1,500 allowance + 20,000 reimbursable transportation allowance

About the Role:

Boston Scientific Philippines is seeking 10 motivated Business Associate Trainees to join their dynamic team on a one-year project-based contract. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the medical technology industry across various locations in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to understand trends, customer behavior, and competitor landscape
Perform fieldwork, interviews, and data gathering to generate actionable insights
Identify growth opportunities in assigned territories
Participate in sales calls, customer meetings, and product demonstrations
Manage existing customer relationships and assist in achieving sales targets
Support sales reporting and other related activities
Under supervision, help develop new markets and acquire customers

Qualifications:

University students graduating or recent graduates (Class of 2024 - 2025)
Degrees in Pharmacy, Nursing, Biology, or related Life Sciences disciplines
Priority given to applicants based in the specified regions (no relocation offered)
Strong interest in sales within the medical technology field
Excellent communication skills, self-driven, curious, resilient, and eager to learn
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
