Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing software systems to enhance performance and reliability.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends and apply them to improve our products.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
Actively participate in Agile methodologies, specifically Kanban and Scrum, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of features.
