Senior Software Engineer - React.js + Dot Net

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using .Net technologies and modern UI frameworks like React or Angular for industrial safety applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, architects, and other engineers, to define and implement software requirements.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing software systems to enhance performance and reliability.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends and apply them to improve our products.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
• Actively participate in Agile methodologies, specifically Kanban and Scrum, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of features.
• Design robust and scalable system architectures.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong proficiency in .Net Core technologies.
• Experience with Entity Framework.
• Proficiency in modern UI frameworks such as Next.js and or React.js.
• Good understanding and experience with Agile methodologies, especially Kanban and Scrum.
• Strong system design skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good team player, self-starter, ownership driven, and responsible.
• Ability to take technical decisions and drive implementation.
• Proficiency in xUnit for unit testing.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, build process, and deployment strategy.
• Good understanding of various testing phases.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS.
• Knowledge of database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, and ORM frameworks.
• Ability to lead a team if necessary.
• Understanding the end to end process of Software development starting from requirement gathering till the product maintenance.
