Role Overview

We are seeking a Performance Test Engineer with strong hands-on experience in client application performance testing and emerging expertise in LLM (Large Language Model) performance validation. The ideal candidate will have experience using tools like JMeter and Python, with a solid understanding of benchmarking, threshold analysis, and performance optimization techniques.

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute performance testing strategies for client applications.
Conduct load, stress, and benchmark testing using tools such as JMeter.
Develop and execute performance test scripts using Python.
Define and validate performance thresholds, SLAs, and benchmarking criteria.
Perform performance testing for LLM models, including response time, throughput, and scalability analysis.
Analyze system performance metrics and identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
Generate detailed performance reports with actionable insights.
Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to improve application performance and scalability.
Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines where applicable.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience in Performance Testing for client applications.
Expertise in JMeter for load and stress testing.
Strong scripting skills in Python for performance testing and analysis.
Experience in benchmark testing and threshold validation.
Understanding of performance metrics (latency, throughput, concurrency, response time).
Exposure to LLM model performance testing (prompt response evaluation, scalability, latency).

Good to Have

Basic knowledge of C#.
Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, etc.).
Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Experience integrating performance testing into CI/C pipelines.
