Role Overview
We are seeking a
Performance Test Engineer with strong hands-on experience in
client application performance testing and emerging expertise in
LLM (Large Language Model) performance validation. The ideal candidate will have experience using tools like
JMeter and Python, with a solid understanding of
benchmarking, threshold analysis, and performance optimization techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute performance testing strategies for client applications.
- Conduct load, stress, and benchmark testing using tools such as JMeter.
- Develop and execute performance test scripts using Python.
- Define and validate performance thresholds, SLAs, and benchmarking criteria.
- Perform performance testing for LLM models, including response time, throughput, and scalability analysis.
- Analyze system performance metrics and identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
- Generate detailed performance reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to improve application performance and scalability.
- Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines where applicable.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Performance Testing for client applications.
- Expertise in JMeter for load and stress testing.
- Strong scripting skills in Python for performance testing and analysis.
- Experience in benchmark testing and threshold validation.
- Understanding of performance metrics (latency, throughput, concurrency, response time).
- Exposure to LLM model performance testing (prompt response evaluation, scalability, latency).
Good to Have
- Basic knowledge of C#.
- Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, etc.).
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Experience integrating performance testing into CI/C pipelines.
