About the Role

JRS Global Technologies is expanding its sales team across India and is looking for an Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition to drive end-to-end recruitment of Sales Executives, Sales Managers, Area Managers and Territory Sales professionals.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in sales recruitment, preferably within IT, Networking, Telecom, Technology Distribution, ISP, System Integrator or related industries.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales positions across India.

· Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, databases and headhunting.

· Recruit Sales Executives, Sales Managers, Area Managers and Territory Sales Managers.

· Build a strong pipeline of IT/Networking/Telecom sales professionals.

· Screen candidates based on sales experience, target achievements, territory knowledge and channel/customer relationships.

· Coordinate interviews with Sales Managers and Business Heads.

· Manage salary negotiation, offer closure and joining follow-up.

· Maintain recruitment MIS and ensure positions are closed within defined timelines.

· Develop talent pools and market mapping for key sales territories.

Candidate Requirements

· 4–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.

· Strong experience in Sales Recruitment is mandatory.

· Experience hiring IT/Telecom/Networking/Channel Sales professionals will be preferred.

· Experience recruiting Sales Executives, Sales Managers, Area Managers or Territory Sales Managers.

· Strong knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.

· Excellent communication, negotiation and candidate-closing skills.

· Ability to handle multiple vacancies and work with tight hiring timelines.

· MBA/PG Diploma in HR will be an advantage.
