Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to manage client interactions, generate new business opportunities, coordinate recruitment feedback for IT & Non-IT profiles, and support invoicing activities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in client relationship management and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

1) Client Interaction & Coordination

Act as a single point of contact for clients regarding IT & Non-IT recruitment requirements
Share candidate profiles with clients and follow up for interview feedback
Communicate client feedback clearly and promptly to the internal recruitment team
Maintain healthy and long-term relationships with existing clients

2) Business Development & Lead Generation

Generate new client leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, job portals, and networking
Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into active clients
Maintain and update client and lead databases regularly
Coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-ups with potential clients

3) Documentation & Invoicing Support

Prepare and maintain client invoices, billing documents, and MIS reports
Ensure timely sharing of invoices and follow-ups for payments
Coordinate with finance/accounts team for invoice accuracy and closure

4) Reporting & Process Support

Track client feedback, interview status, and closures
Prepare daily/weekly reports on leads, clients, feedback, and revenue
Support management with data related to business growth and recruitment performance

5) Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or any relevant field
Experience in IT / Non-IT recruitment sales or staffing industry (preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good understanding of recruitment processes
Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
Proficiency in MS Excel, Email communication, and CRM tools
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset

6) Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)

Experience in staffing, consultancy, or recruitment firms
Knowledge of billing cycles and client invoicing
Exposure to LinkedIn Sales Navigator / Job Portals / Apollo
