About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who understands that running ads is not just about spending budgets. It is about finding opportunities, testing ideas, reading the numbers and continuously improving what works.

You will work across D2C and e-commerce brands, managing campaigns on Meta, Google and Amazon. From planning and execution to optimisation and reporting, you will be responsible for helping brands turn media spends into measurable business growth.

What you'll be doing

Plan, execute and optimise paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads and Amazon Ads
Manage campaigns for D2C and e-commerce brands across awareness, consideration and conversion stages
Build campaign structures based on business objectives, audiences, products and budgets
Manage Meta campaigns across sales, leads, traffic, engagement and retargeting objectives
Work on Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display and YouTube campaigns
Manage Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display campaigns
Conduct audience, keyword, competitor and category research
Coordinate with creative and content teams for campaign assets, hooks and ad variations
Monitor performance metrics including ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM and conversion rate
Identify performance gaps and recommend actionable solutions
Conduct regular A/B tests across creatives, audiences, placements, bidding strategies and landing pages
Prepare clear weekly and monthly performance reports
Communicate campaign insights, challenges and recommendations to internal teams and clients
Track budgets closely and ensure campaigns are pacing correctly
Stay updated with platform changes, advertising trends and new growth opportunities

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of hands-on performance marketing experience
Prior experience working in a digital marketing or advertising agency is required
Strong experience managing Meta Ads for D2C and e-commerce brands
Working knowledge of Google Ads and Google Merchant Center
Experience with Amazon Ads and marketplace advertising
Strong understanding of conversion funnels, attribution and campaign optimisation
Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets and performance reports
Ability to interpret data and convert it into clear actions
Good communication and client coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously
A curious mindset with the willingness to test, learn and explore unfamiliar routes

Good to have

Experience with Shopify-based e-commerce brands
Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel
Understanding of landing-page optimisation and conversion rate optimisation
Experience working with international brands or markets
