Are you passionate about building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Client Relationship / Client Experience Executive– Operations to join our growing team!

Location: Whitefield, Bangalore (Work from Office)

Experience: 1–3 Years Preferred candidates from Healthcare / Healthcare IT backgrounds. However, candidates from non-healthcare industries with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Qualification: Any Bachelor's Degree.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond efficiently and accurately to callers while ensuring clients feel supported and valued

• Provide comprehensive support to clients and stakeholders

• Gather, verify, and provide accurate information to callers and internal teams

• Adapt effectively to a dynamic and fast-changing work environment

• Adhere to company and hospital policies, procedures, and compliance standards

• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client concerns and service requests

• Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently

• Identify priority issues and escalate them to the appropriate teams when necessary

• Route calls to relevant departments/resources for timely resolution

• Follow up with clients to ensure complete issue resolution and customer satisfaction

• Document all call details accurately according to SOPs

• Understand basic IT-related issues and escalate technical concerns to the relevant support teams

• Demonstrate strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment

• Work efficiently across multiple internal software platforms and tools

• Monitor emails regularly and respond promptly when required

Willingness to work in rotational shifts based on business requirements (Night / Early Morning / General Shifts)
