About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive (Interiors) to join our sales team and contribute to our expansion across Hyderabad.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in residential interior sales, modular furniture solutions, and customer relationship management. This role requires a professional who can confidently handle premium customers, understand their requirements, provide suitable interior solutions, and successfully convert opportunities into business.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Generate new business opportunities through referrals, walk-ins, channel partners, architects, builders, and networking activities.
Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable interior and modular furniture solutions.
Drive revenue growth through effective customer engagement and sales conversion strategies.

End-to-End Sales Management

Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry generation to project closure.
Conduct customer meetings and requirement analysis.
Coordinate design presentations and proposal discussions.
Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close projects.

Client Relationship Management

Build strong relationships with homeowners, architects, builders, and consultants.
Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing customers.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Handle client concerns professionally and provide timely resolutions.

Coordination & Project Support

Work closely with design, production, and project execution teams.
Ensure customer expectations are clearly communicated to internal teams.
Support smooth project handover from sales to execution.
Follow up on project milestones and customer feedback.

Market Intelligence

Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer preferences.
Share market insights with management to support business growth initiatives.
Identify opportunities for business expansion and strategic partnerships.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Additional certifications in Sales, Marketing, or Interior Design will be an added advantage.

Experience Required

Minimum 2+ years of sales experience in the Interior Design or Modular Furniture industry.
Proven experience in residential interior project sales.
Experience handling premium residential customers and high-value projects.
Strong track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.

Note: Candidates from industries outside Interiors, Modular Furniture, Home Décor, or Residential Design will not be considered.
