Location: Noida, Sector 68

Working Days: 5 Days (Saturday & Sunday will be fixed off)

Working Mode: Work from Office

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Database Administrator/Developer to join our dynamic IT team. As a Database Administrator with 10+ years of hands-on experience, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing our organization's database systems. This position requires a 100% individual contributor role.

Skills Must have:

Database Management:

Install, configure, and upgrade SQL Server software.
Design, implement, and maintain database structures.
Ensure data integrity and availability through regular backups and disaster recovery planning.
Monitor database performance and optimize as needed.

Security:

Implement and maintain database security measures, including user authentication and authorization.
Perform regular security audits and address vulnerabilities promptly.

Performance Tuning:

Identify and resolve performance issues, optimizing queries and database performance.
Implement best practices for database performance and resource utilization.

Troubleshooting:

Diagnose and resolve database-related issues promptly.
Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other IT professionals.

Upgrades and Patches:

Stay current with SQL Server updates and patches.
Plan and execute database upgrades as necessary.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of database configurations, processes, and procedures.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with development teams to ensure efficient database design and implementation.
Work closely with system administrators and network engineers to address infrastructure-related issues.

Proven experience as a SQL Server Database Administrator or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and its various components.
Strong understanding of database security, backup, and recovery procedures.
