Location: Noida, Sector 68
Working Days: 5 Days (Saturday & Sunday will be fixed off)
Working Mode: Work from Office

Position Summary:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Database Administrator/Developer to join our dynamic IT team. As a Database Administrator with 10+ years of hands-on experience, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing our organization's database systems. This position requires a 100% individual contributor role.
Skills Must have:
Database Management:
- Install, configure, and upgrade SQL Server software.
- Design, implement, and maintain database structures.
- Ensure data integrity and availability through regular backups and disaster recovery planning.
- Monitor database performance and optimize as needed.
Security:
- Implement and maintain database security measures, including user authentication and authorization.
- Perform regular security audits and address vulnerabilities promptly.
Performance Tuning:
- Identify and resolve performance issues, optimizing queries and database performance.
- Implement best practices for database performance and resource utilization.
Troubleshooting:
- Diagnose and resolve database-related issues promptly.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other IT professionals.
Upgrades and Patches:
- Stay current with SQL Server updates and patches.
- Plan and execute database upgrades as necessary.
Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of database configurations, processes, and procedures.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure efficient database design and implementation.
- Work closely with system administrators and network engineers to address infrastructure-related issues.
Oue Ideal Candidate comes with:
- Proven experience as a SQL Server Database Administrator or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and its various components.
- Strong understanding of database security, backup, and recovery procedures.
- Experience in performance tuning and optimization.
