Position Summary: We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our business leadership team. This dynamic role requires exceptional organizationalskills, attention to detail, and the ability to operate with the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Manage and maintain executive calendars, coordinating complex scheduling across multiple time zones Arrange comprehensive travel plans including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, conferences, and business presentations Handle confidential correspondence and communications on behalf of executives Maintain organized filing systems and document management.

Business Operations: Support special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned by business leadership Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential clients and business opportunities Assist with sales operations including client communication, proposal preparation, and follow-up activities Coordinate with internal teamsto ensure smooth project execution and delivery Prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation as required.

Communication Management : Serve as primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders Screen and prioritize incoming communications, calls, and meeting requests Draft professional correspondence, emails, and business communications Facilitate effective communication flow across departments and teams

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience Minimum 3-4 years of experience in executive support or similar administrative role Proven experience in lead generation and salessupport activities Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Proficiencies : Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Familiarity with project management and collaboration platforms Strong internet research and data analysis capabilities.
