In this role, you will connect top-tier US healthcare professionals-such as nurses and therapists-with rewarding travel assignments across the United States.

What You'll Do

Source and identify qualified US healthcare professionals for travel assignments using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with candidates and partner healthcare facilities
Guide candidates through the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience
Stay updated on US healthcare industry trends, compliance, and regulations

What We're Looking For

Recent graduate with a bachelor's degree from a recognized Indian university
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proactive mindset with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with US work culture and time zones is an added advantage
