Associate Recruiter (US Healthcare) to join our growing team in Noida. In this role, you will connect top-tier US healthcare professionals-such as nurses and therapists-with rewarding travel assignments across the United States.
What You'll Do
- Source and identify qualified US healthcare professionals for travel assignments using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with candidates and partner healthcare facilities
- Guide candidates through the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience
- Stay updated on US healthcare industry trends, compliance, and regulations
What We're Looking For
- Recent graduate with a bachelor's degree from a recognized Indian university
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive mindset with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with US work culture and time zones is an added advantage
