Role: International Customer Support (Voice/Blended)

Location: Bengaluru, Kadubeesanahalli

Shift: Rotational and Night Shifts (US/Australian) – Work from Office Only

What You'll Do:

As an International Customer Support Executive, you will:

Handle customer calls from different countries, including the US and Australia.
Provide product, technical, and service support through calls and chat.
Address servicing questions to ensure customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
Strong logical reasoning and analytical skills to resolve customer queries.
Ability to work in rotational and night shifts (US time zones).
