The aspirants might also be called upon to help with not just the production, but also storage and distribution of oil. A great number of applicants for oil jobs will be required to hold at least a minimum of bachelor's degree, preferably in an applicable scientific, engineering or construction-related field. With high attention to details and the ability to break down complex processes into simple explanations, the candidate should be self-motivated and proactive. IT skills would be an added advantage.
