What Youll Do:

Lead the Air Oil Cooler business line, end-to-end

Own sales growth (India + Exports) with full P&L responsibility

Build & lead your own high-performing team

Partner with R&D for custom-engineered solutions

Establish strong B2B and channel relationships

Your Background:

10+ years in Thermal Engineering / Oil Coolers / Heat Exchangers/Hydraulic Industry

Strong track record in B2B industrial sales

Entrepreneurial spirit and leadership mindset

Passion for building from the ground up
