Job Title : Zuora Techno-Functional Lead
Job Type : Full-Time / Contract
Experience : 10+ years
Location : Hyderabad, Telangana (Hybrid)
Responsibilities
- 10+ years of experience in Zuora Techno-Functional Consulting.
- Strong expertise in Zuora Billing, Payments, Revenue, and Subscription Management.
- Experience with Stripe Payment Gateway integration.
- Hands-on experience integrating ERP, CRM, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and middleware platforms.
- Experience with Oracle EBS.
- Strong understanding of Subscription Billing, Quote-to-Cash (QTC), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Revenue Recognition, and Financial Operations.
- Knowledge of Payment Processing, Reconciliation, Invoicing, Refunds, and Collections.
- Excellent SQL, API troubleshooting, and integration debugging skills.
- Lead the design, implementation, and support of Zuora Billing, Payments, Revenue, and Subscription Management solutions.
- Configure and customize Zuora to meet evolving business and finance requirements.
- Design and maintain integrations between Zuora, Stripe, ERP, CRM, middleware, and third-party APIs.
- Manage the complete Quote-to-Cash (QTC) lifecycle, including subscriptions, billing, invoicing, payments, refunds, renewals, and revenue processes.
- Develop and support REST/SOAP API integrations for seamless data exchange.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable functional and technical solutions.
- Collaborate with Finance, Product, Engineering, Sales, and IT teams to optimize billing and payment operations.
- Ensure PCI compliance, payment security, financial data integrity, and audit readiness.
- Troubleshoot billing, payment, and integration issues while ensuring high system availability.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
