We are looking for a Senior Zuora Developer / Software Engineer to own and enhance our Zuora billing platform, including configuration, workflows, integrations, and production support.
What we need
- 5+ years of hands-on Zuora development experience
- Strong knowledge of Zuora Billing / Payments / Subscriptions (subscription lifecycle, bill runs, invoicing, credit memos)
- Solid experience with Zuora Admin setup (objects, roles/permissions, billing settings/templates)
- Zuora APIs + ZOQL (building and supporting integrations; data queries/troubleshooting)
- Zuora Workflow (build new workflows, enhance existing automation)
- Invoice templates expertise (HTML / billing document templates; creation and updates)
- Experience with Zuora Orders / Order Line Items
- Production support experience: troubleshooting, reconciliations/month-end, and performance improvements
- Experience with deployment automation / DevOps for Zuora (CI/CD-style releases)
- Integrations experience with at least some of: Salesforce, Payment gateways, Tax systems, Ecommerce platforms, Data/analytics platforms
