Job Title : Zuora Integration Engineer (Zuora + Stripe)
Job Type : Full-Time / Contract
Experience : 10+ years
Location : Hyderabad, Telangana (Hybrid)
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Zuora, Stripe, and enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, middleware, APIs).
- Configure and customize Zuora Billing, Payments, and Revenue modules to meet evolving business needs.
- Implement and manage end-to-end subscription billing, invoicing, payments, refunds, and reconciliation workflows.
- Develop and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations for seamless data flow between Zuora, Stripe, and other platforms.
- Ensure PCI compliance, payment security, and financial data governance across all integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration, billing, and payment system issues with minimal downtime.
- Optimize system performance, data accuracy, and reliability in billing and payment operations.
- Collaborate with Finance, Engineering, Product, and IT teams to streamline quote-to-cash processes.
- Drive best practices for integration architecture, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior engineers and integration consultants.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
