Job Title : Zuora Integration Engineer (Zuora + Stripe)
Job Type : Full-Time / Contract
Experience : 10+ years
Location : Hyderabad, Telangana (Hybrid)
Responsibilities
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise application integration, billing, or payment platforms.
- Strong hands-on experience with Zuora Billing, Payments, and Revenue modules.
- Proven expertise in Stripe integration for payments, subscriptions, refunds, and reconciliation.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps tools (Git, CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with ETL tools, data mapping, and integration frameworks.
- Deep understanding of subscription lifecycle management (quote-to-cash, billing, invoicing, collections).
- Proficiency in API design & development (REST, SOAP) and middleware tools.
- Strong knowledge of ERP/CRM integrations (Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, or similar).
- Familiarity with OAuth, SSO, and security protocols for API integrations.
- Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language (Java, Python, or JavaScript).
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, revenue recognition, and financial workflows.
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Zuora, Stripe, and enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, middleware, APIs).
- Lead end-to-end implementation of subscription billing, invoicing, payments, and collections workflows.
- Configure and customize Zuora products (Billing, Payments, Revenue) to meet business requirements.
- Develop REST/SOAP API-based integrations between Zuora, Stripe, and external systems.
- Ensure PCI compliance, payment security, and data governance across platforms.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and support billing and payment system performance issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Product, Engineering) to streamline billing and revenue processes.
- Drive best practices for integration architecture, testing, and deployment.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers and consultants.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
