Job Description-
- Required: Zuora SME
- Zuora Platform Management ,Manage and optimize our highly customized Zuora implementation
- Troubleshoot complex workflows and subscription processes
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
- Document system architecture and configuration
- Integration Expertise
- Maintain and troubleshoot our Vertex tax integration
- Support integrations with Salesforce, Commercetools, and Contentful
- Collaborate with developers on AWS Lambda functions that extend Zuora functionality
- Serve as the technical bridge between Zuora and other systems
- Configure and maintain Zuora Finance modules
- Manage Revenue Events and reporting
- Configure and optimize GL segmentation for accounting accuracy
- Ensure tax calculations and financial processes maintain compliance
- Reporting and Analytics
- Create and maintain critical business reports
- Analyze subscription and revenue data for business insights
- Support financial reconciliation processes
- Design dashboards for key stakeholders
- Provide expert consultation to development teams o Lead Zuora-related projects and implementations
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Zuora billing platform
- Demonstrated expertise with Zuora workflows, product catalog, and subscription management
- Experience with Zuora Finance module, Revenue Events, and GL segmentation
- Strong understanding of tax management systems, particularly Vertex
- Experience with integration technologies and API-based architectures
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and/or e-commerce platforms
- Understanding of AWS services, particularly Lambda functions
- Experience supporting complex subscription business models
