Zuora CPQ Lead

Job Summary

• Seeking a Salesforce Zuora CPQ platform professional with strong technical skills.
• Must have 7+ years of experience in large enterprises within a global delivery model.
• Methodical thinker with proven problem-solving and analytical skills.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Configure products and pricing in Zuora CPQ.
• Handle processes related to New Sales, Amendments, and Renewals in Zuora CPQ.
• Develop using Salesforce LWC (Lightning Web Components) and Apex.
• Contribute to AppExchange product development.
• Work with Salesforce Service Cloud, including:

1. Omnichannel setup
2. Email-to-case
3. Process flows

• Develop using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Apply REST and SOAP API integration methodologies.
• MuleSoft knowledge is a plus.
• Ensure ideas are communicated in user-friendly language.
• Conduct unit testing and support during other testing cycles.
• Follow Salesforce development standards and specifications.
• Maintain ongoing technical documentation throughout the development lifecycle.

Mandatory Skills

• Experience in:

1. Opportunity Management
2. Account Management
3. CPQ Domain Knowledge (CPQ Lifecycle, Products, Pricing, Approvals, Renewals, Deal Desk)

• Salesforce Sales Cloud
• Salesforce and Zuora CPQ Integration
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in large organizations.
• Proven experience as a technical resource.
• Ability to work across multiple teams:

1. Business stakeholders
2. IT & Marketing teams
3. Design agencies
4. Developers
5. Testers

Preferred/Additional Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications are a plus.
