Position: Zuora Billing Technofunctional Consultant
Experience: 2.5+ yrs.
Experience / Responsibilities:
- Experience with Zuora development including Customer, Subscription Models, Product Catalog, Workflows, Security, Notifications, Rating, Invoice Templates, and Taxation.
- Experience in translating requirements into technical specifications and solution design.
- Experience of working closely with the client and internal resources to capture requirements, create design, manage build implementation, test strategy and execution, and go live.
- Experience working in Zuora Billing administration and configuration: User access, Workflows, data interface integrations including 3rd party integrations like CRM - SFDC, CPQ; Taxation Software - Vertex, Avalara; ERP - NetSuite, SAP, Sage Intacct; Payment Gateways - Stripe, Adyen, etc. in complex environments.
- Experience with Payment Gateways, Lockbox Integration, Country specific requirements, Refund, Chargebacks, Cancellation and Tokenization.
- Experience with solutioning for data migration and preparing data migration strategies.
- Experience with customizing Zuora using the Zuora API and ZOQL.
- Lead and implemented Zuora Billing for at least 1 or more companies.
- Knowledge of internal controls best practices and SOX Compliance.
- Provide technical support and stay updated on the latest Zuora features.
- Ability to learn new technologies as they become prevalent and widely implemented
Qualifications / Skills:
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Preferred to be Zuora Certified Architect or Administrator.
- Zuora Revenue experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and ability to design complex integrations.
- Must be a self-starter & must have excellent communication skills.
- Must be a team player and be able to interact well with all users, peers, and executive management.
- Must have the flexibility of schedule, willing to work during PST working hours and be able to work independently.
- Efficient in decision-making, time management, and task prioritization.
- Willingness to lead a project team and assist in training new resources on Zuora and the end-to-end quote to revenue process.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
