About Position
We are seeking for Zuora Billing Engineering with hands on experience in zuora workflow, Zuora billing Avalara, JavaScript etc.,

What You'll Do
- Support and enhance financial systems across the Order-to-Cash (O2C) lifecycle, including billing, invoicing, payments, and revenue recognition.
- Work closely with Billing, Finance, and Engineering teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Configure, support, and troubleshoot SaaS billing platforms such as Billing Platforms, Avalara, and Braintree.
- Integrate and support ERP systems (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP) to ensure seamless financial data flow and reconciliation.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries and JavaScript-based scripts to support reporting, automation, and system enhancements.
- Consume and support REST APIs for integrations between billing systems, ERPs, payment gateways, and third-party tools.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and system optimization to improve accuracy, efficiency, and delivery timelines.
- Participate in issue resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives across financial operations.
- Collaborate in an agile, cross-functional team environment and contribute to documentation and best practices.
Expertise You'll Bring
- 2+ years of experience supporting financial systems, with a strong focus on Billing and Order-to-Cash processes.
- Solid understanding of financial use cases, including invoicing, taxation, payments, reconciliation, and revenue workflows.
- Intermediate-level proficiency in JavaScript and SQL for system support, automation, and reporting.
- Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with REST API integrations.
- Experience working with SaaS billing platforms such as Billing Platforms, Avalara, Braintree, or similar tools.
- Exposure to ERP systems including NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies and propose practical, scalable solutions.
- A results-oriented, proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as a team player who is not afraid to ask questions and challenge assumptions.
