Zscaler,Palo Alto,Basic Knowledge on Automation Experience

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L3 operational support for complex network security incidents, including troubleshooting and resolution
• Design, configure, and manage advanced network security solutions such as firewalls, Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), Secure Web Gateways (SWG), and cloud network security platforms
• Continuously improve operational methodologies by standardizing processes and creating detailed technical documentation
• Use infrastructure-as-code and automation techniques, especially Terraform, to streamline provisioning, configuration, and management of network security environments
• Perform in-depth analysis of network traffic and security events using SIEM tools such as Splunk
• Support network security infrastructure with a focus on patching, lifecycle management, and platform stability
• Collaborate with engineering and security teams to deliver scalable, secure, and resilient solutions
• Contribute to engineering enhancements while maintaining operational excellence

Technical Qualifications & Experience

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Network Security Operations with significant exposure to engineering improvements
• Strong experience with Zscaler ZIA and ZPA, and Palo Alto Firewalls
• Preferred experience with technologies such as Cloudgenix (SD-WAN), Cloudflare (WAF), Forescout (NAC), and Tufin or AlgoSec (firewall orchestration)
• Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms, with AWS preferred
• Strong experience using infrastructure-as-code frameworks such as Terraform or Terraform Cloud
• Ability to write automation scripts and services using Python and Bash
• Strong understanding of network protocols and information security best practices
• Experience working with Git-based source control and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI/CD)
• Good understanding of enterprise architecture across endpoint, network, and cloud systems
• Experience with SIEM tools such as Splunk, including event correlation, queries, and custom detections
• Experience with observability platforms such as Grafana
