We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced associate to manage Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) and Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) solutions. The candidate will proactively handle operational (BAU) tasks, implement security solutions, and ensure smooth performance and compliance of Zscaler environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) and Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) solutions.
• Monitor and manage PAC servers and GRE tunnels.
• Troubleshoot ZCC Client Connector Tunnel 2.0 issues.
• Resolve authentication issues, including SSO failures and invalid credentials.
• Address performance issues such as slower-than-expected internet speeds or SSL/TLS inspection errors.
• Add Zscaler profiles for users and resolve PAC file accessibility issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Zscaler with existing systems.
• Monitor Zscaler connectors performance and preemptively resolve issues.
• Develop, enforce, and audit security policies and procedures to protect client data.
• Conduct security audits and assessments for compliance with industry standards.
• Implement best practices in coordination with Zscaler TAM.
• Manage Jira story timelines and deliverables to ensure timely task completion.
• Analyze and respond to security incidents and breaches to minimize business impact.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 810 years of hands-on experience with Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) and Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA).
• Strong experience in monitoring, troubleshooting, and managing Zscaler solutions in production environments.
• Knowledge of authentication methods, PAC files, and SSL/TLS inspection in Zscaler.
• Familiarity with Checkpoint Firewall and Palo Alto Internet Gateway is a plus.
• Experience in handling BAU operational tasks, incident response, and performance optimization.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and process-oriented skills.

Certifications Required:

• Zscaler Certified Cloud Professional (ZCCP)
• CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) optional
