Zscaler Engineer

Design, configure, and deploy Zscaler solutions including ZIA, ZPA, and ZDX to ensure high availability, security, and performance.

Provide ongoing operational support for Zscaler platforms, from initial setup to regular maintenance.

Configure and manage DLP (Data Loss Prevention) policies and Forwarding Profiles to secure enterprise data flows.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ZIA, ZPA, ZDX, Zscaler App Connectors, Tunnels (1.0 & 2.0), and Zen Nodes.

Use ZDX to monitor digital experience, optimize application performance, and proactively address performance bottlenecks.

Provide expert guidance and best practices for Zscaler deployment, collaborate with vendors and internal teams, and refine cloud security strategies.

Ensure secure network access and enforce Zero Trust Network Architecture (ZTNA) principles.

Upgrade and maintain Zscaler App Connectors and Zen Nodes for optimal network routing and security.

Collaborate with network, security, and cloud teams to enhance the organization's IT security posture.
