Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, manage, and maintain Zscaler solutions including ZIA, ZPA, and ZDX
  • Perform Level-3 troubleshooting for complex network and security issues
  • Manage and optimize web security policies, traffic flow, and access controls
  • Support VIP users and ensure minimal disruption to business-critical services
  • Monitor security alerts, investigate incidents, and take corrective actions
  • Integrate Zscaler solutions with other security and IT tools
  • Validate, test, and support new security products and enhancements
  • Conduct security assessments and ensure adherence to organizational security standards
  • Support Level-1 and Level-2 engineers with guidance and technical expertise
  • Document configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures

Job Requirements

  • 3 to 8 years of experience with Zscaler technologies and web security solutions
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of ZIA, ZPA, ZDX, and Bluecoat/Symantec Proxy
  • Solid understanding of network infrastructure, routing, and traffic flow
  • Experience in certificate management and secure web gateway concepts
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex security issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Good communication and documentation skills
