Job Description: Senior Zoom Call Specialist

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana, India

Job Type: Full-Time- 6 Days Working- Monday-Saturday

A Zoom Call Specialist (or Zoom Support/Video Conferencing Specialist) manages, moderates, and troubleshoots virtual meetings, webinars, and digital events. They ensure flawless audio and video, handle participant controls, and provide real-time technical support to hosts and attendees.

Key Responsibilities

Meeting & Webinar Setup: Schedule sessions, configure security settings (passwords, waiting rooms), and set up breakout rooms or polling.

Live Moderation: Manage participant audio/video permissions, spotlight speakers, record sessions, and monitor chat feeds.

Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve audio, video, and network connection problems for participants in real time.

Host Assistance: Guide guest speakers through screen sharing, slide deck transitions, and Q&A management.

Post-Event Support: Process cloud recordings, manage attendee reports, and archive session data.

Required Skills

Platform Proficiency: Deep knowledge of the Zoom desktop/mobile app, Zoom Admin console, and webinar/events features.

Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of AV hardware (microphones, cameras, capture cards) and network/Wi-Fi diagnostics.

Communication: Clear, calm, and polite demeanor under pressure when handling live technical emergencies.

Multitasking: Ability to track chat, participant lists, and presenter needs simultaneously.

Qualifications

Experience: 1 to 3 years in IT helpdesk, virtual event production, or customer service.

Education: High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree in IT, Communications, or a related field preferred.

Certifications: Relevant help desk or Zoom configuration credentials are a plus.
