Your Role

Own End-to-End Delivery Governance : Manage large portfolios/programs, ensuring quality delivery, SLA compliance, risk control, and governance excellence.
Drive Business & Financial Performance : Own P&L, revenue growth, margin optimization, forecasting, and overall portfolio profitability.
Lead Strategic Client Engagement : Build and manage CXO-level stakeholder relationships, drive account growth, and act as a trusted advisor.
Provide Technical & Transformation Leadership : Guide architecture, engineering excellence, Agile, DevOps, Automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
Lead Large-Scale Global Teams : Manage 500+ resources, mentor delivery leaders, develop talent, and foster a high-performance culture.

Your Profile

Required Experience: 14-16 Years Only.
Delivery & Portfolio Management: Large-scale ADM, Run & Build delivery management, governance, and program oversight.
Financial Management: P&L ownership, budgeting, forecasting, margin improvement, and revenue growth.
Client & Stakeholder Management: CXO engagement, executive communication, customer relationship management, and business development.
Technical & Transformation Expertise: Agile Delivery, DevOps, Automation, Engineering Practices, Digital Transformation.
Leadership & People Management: Managing 500+ member teams, leadership development, organizational governance, and escalation management.
