Job Title: Zonal Training Manager
Department: PMT (Learning & Development)
Location:Mumbai
Experience: Minimum 8 years in a managerial role, with at least 1 year in training & development (pharma industry preferred)
Age Bracket: 35–45 years
Job Purpose:
• Build a strong leadership pipeline by developing FLMs through coaching, skill-based training, and on-the-job learning to drive performance, people growth, and cultural alignment..
Key Competencies & Skills:
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and leadership development skills to engage and grow field managers effectively.
• Expertise in modern training methodologies with a solid grasp of adult learning principles and practical application.
• Tech-savvy mindset with comfort in using digital tools and e-learning platforms to drive learning outcomes.
• High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills to connect, influence, and inspire diverse teams.
• Strategic and adaptable with a problem-solving approach and readiness to travel across the assigned zone
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coach FLMs to build strong leadership, communication, and execution capabilities through regular field support.
2. Identify training needs using field insights, structured assessments, and business discussions.
3. Design and deliver impactful modules tailored to business goals and adult learning principles.
4. Collaborate with Sales Leadership to ensure training is practical, aligned with market realities, and drives performance.
5. Evaluate training impact using feedback and performance metrics, while promoting digital learning and reinforcing Mankind's people values.
