Job Description

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Partner - Volume Hiring

Education: Bachelor's degree (MBA or equivalent preferred)

Experience: 1+ year of experience

Roles and Responsibilities

● Bulk Recruitment Management: Lead and manage large-scale recruitment drives,

ensuring the successful onboarding of a high volume of qualified candidates in a timely

manner.

● Candidate Sourcing: Develop innovative and cost-effective sourcing strategies to

attract a diverse pool of candidates from various channels (job portals, social media,

referrals, recruitment agencies, etc.).

● Screening and Shortlisting: Conduct initial screenings, telephonic interviews, and filter

applications to shortlist qualified candidates for further evaluation.

● Candidate Pipeline Management: Maintain a talent pipeline for ongoing bulk

recruitment needs, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates.

● Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interview processes in coordination with

hiring managers and other stakeholders, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

● Assessment and Selection: Organize and oversee assessment centers or mass

interview events to evaluate candidates for large-scale hiring.

● Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with hiring managers, HR teams, and

department heads to understand recruitment needs and ensure alignment with

organizational goals.

● Reporting and Analytics: Track, measure, and report recruitment metrics such as

time-to-hire, candidate experience, cost per hire, and sourcing effectiveness.

● Employer Branding: Represent the company's brand during high-volume hiring events,

job fairs, and campus recruitment activities to attract top talent.

● Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and

enhance the efficiency of the bulk hiring process.

Skill & Persona:

● 1-3 years of experience in bulk hiring or volume hiring with a focus on BF
