• Lead and drive sales strategy for East India across On-Trade & Off-Trade channels
• Manage and expand distribution network across key markets in the region
• Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, hotels, restaurants, and key accounts
• Ensure effective execution of brand visibility, promotions, and activations
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
• Drive volume growth, revenue targets, and market share expansion
• Collaborate with marketing teams for regional campaigns and brand positioning
• Manage, mentor, and lead the regional sales team
• Ensure compliance with state excise laws and industry regulations
:
8–12 years of experience in Alcoholic Beverages / Wine / Spirits / Beer / RTD industry
Strong exposure to On-Trade (Hotels, Restaurants, Bars) & Off-Trade (Retail, Distribution) sales
Proven track record in handling East India markets
Strong network with distributors and key accounts in the region
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Good understanding of compliance and regulatory framework in the alco-bev industry
