Gaudium IVF & Women Health Ltd, recently listed through a landmark IPO and known as one of India's fastest-growing healthcare networks.

We are now launching an OTC vertical focused women's health called MaVi.

And we wish to strengthen our OTC vertical with a seasoned sales leader who can build scale, drive distribution excellence, and accelerate revenue growth nationally.

We are looking for a Zonal Sales Manager - OTC Division for South India to drive strategy, scale distribution, and accelerate revenue growth for our fast-growing OTC portfolio.

This is a high-impact leadership role requiring strong trade understanding, FMCG/OTC depth, and hands-on field execution experience.

Core Objective

To drive sales, distribution expansion, brand visibility, and prescription-free recommendation of OTC products through a robust trade network and high-performing field force. This role is for South Zone of India.

Key Responsibilities

Volume & Revenue Growth

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Drive strong secondary sales from chemists & retailers
  • Expand presence across GT, MT, and other trade channels

Distribution & Market Expansion

  • Appoint and manage stockists / super stockists
  • Improve numeric & weighted distribution
  • Ensure strong product availability and shelf visibility

Trade Marketing & Retail Visibility

  • Execute in-shop branding (posters, danglers, shelf strips)
  • Design chemist schemes & retailer incentive programs
  • Ensure planogram compliance and visibility standards

Field Force Leadership

  • Lead, mentor & scale the OTC sales team nationally
  • Set beat plans, productivity benchmarks & performance targets
  • Conduct joint field work & structured performance reviews

Brand Building & Consumer Activation

  • Collaborate with marketing on brand campaigns
  • Drive consumer awareness initiatives
  • Lead sampling & activation programs
  • Ensure strong brand messaging at point of sale

Market Intelligence & Competition Tracking

  • Monitor competitor brands, pricing, claims & schemes
  • Capture chemist & consumer insights
  • Share actionable feedback with leadership & marketing teams

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure adherence to drug & advertising regulations
  • Maintain ethical trade practices
  • Follow internal SOPs and reporting systems

  • Outlet coverage & distribution expansion
  • Stock availability & rotation
  • Retail visibility score
  • Team productivity & retention
