This is a full-time, on-site role for a Zonal Sales Manager based in Chandigarh, India. The Zonal Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations within the designated zone, developing and executing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets. Day-to-day tasks include supervising and guiding the sales team, maintaining strong relationships with clients, analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities for business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role entails regular reporting, sales planning, and collaboration with internal teams to enhance market presence and achieve organizational goals.

• Proven experience in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities
• Analytical skills and market research experience to identify emerging opportunities
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Sales Forecasting, Reporting, and CRM tools
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve sales targets
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the machinery domain is an added advantage
