About the Role

ZOLU is seeking an experienced Zonal Sales Manager with a strong background in the undergarment/hosiery industry. The candidate must have in-depth knowledge of the distribution model and an established network of undergarment distributors across West Bengal, Bihar, and Assam.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand ZOLU's distributor network.
• Appoint and manage distributors, wholesalers, and sales teams.
• Drive primary and secondary sales across the assigned territory.
• Increase retail coverage and market penetration.
• Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and distributor performance.
• Implement sales promotions, schemes, and branding activities.
• Build strong relationships with distributors and key retailers.

Candidate Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the undergarment/hosiery industry.
• Strong understanding of distributor-led sales and channel management.
• Existing contacts with undergarment distributors in West Bengal, Bihar, and Assam.
• Experience with brands such as Rupa, Lux, Dollar, VIP, TT, Dixcy Scott, Amul, Jockey, or similar.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and business development skills.
• Willing to travel extensively.
