Role Summary :
We are hiring a Zonal Sales Manager – Project/B2B Sales to lead project sales for the entire region. The role involves driving builder/developer sales, managing key accounts, leading the regional sales team, and delivering revenue growth through strategic partnerships and market expansion.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Zonal Ownership: Lead and manage Project/B2B sales for the entire zone with full ownership of revenue and pipeline.
- Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and onboard key clients such as builders, developers, architects, contractors, and institutional partners.
- Pipeline Development: Build a strong funnel of ongoing and upcoming projects through proactive prospecting, networking, and market mapping.
- Key Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with major accounts, ensure repeat business, and drive multi-project conversions.
- Team Leadership: Guide and support the regional/area sales team, monitor their performance, and ensure effective execution of sales plans.
- Market Intelligence: Track competitor activities, project trends, and new developments to refine zonal sales strategies.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Implement targeted sales initiatives, negotiate key deals, and collaborate with senior management on zonal planning.
- Reporting & Performance Tracking: Review sales metrics, project status, and team progress regularly to ensure targets are consistently met.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of B2B/Project sales experience, with at least 3 years of people management.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management.
- Proven ability to drive revenue and lead teams.
- Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to drive sales, maintain enthusiasm, and stay motivated in a competitive environment.
- Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Builder & Developer Sales sector, institutional partnerships, and market dynamics.
- Client-Centric Approach: Ability to build and sustain meaningful client relationships through excellent interpersonal skills.
