Base Location: Ahmedabad

Territory: Entire Gujarat & Madhya Pradesh

Position: Zonal Head - Mutual Fund

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead overall business growth across Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh.

• Drive AUM growth, revenue generation and achievement of business targets.

• Expand the distribution network by onboarding MFDs, IFAs, National Distributors and channel partners.

• Build and strengthen relationships with key distributors and institutional partners.

• Develop strategies to enhance regional market presence.

• Lead, mentor and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives.

• Identify new business opportunities and drive distributor activation.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and regional performance.

• Ensure effective execution of sales strategies and business initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Experience in Mutual Fund / AMC Sales.

• Strong exposure to Distribution & Channel Management.

• Experience in Regional / Zonal Business Development.

• Proven track record in team leadership and AUM growth.
