Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Zonal Sales Manager to lead and manage sales operations within the SME Banking segment. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in selling business loan products, managing high-performing sales teams, and achieving business growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve zonal business targets.

Drive sales of Cash Credit (CC), Overdraft (OD), and Term Loan products.

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 20–25 sales professionals.

Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.

Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and implement improvement plans.

Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and internal processes.

Prepare sales reports, business forecasts, and performance reviews for management.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 10 years of experience in Banking or Financial Services sales.

Proven experience in selling Cash Credit (CC), Overdraft (OD), and Term Loan products.

Minimum 5 years of experience managing a sales team of 20–25 members.

Strong understanding of SME banking products and market dynamics.

Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
