Job Description

Key Deliverables:

  • Acquire and grow key and core customer accounts within the assigned zone
  • Develop and implement zonal B2B sales strategies
  • Lead a team of Sales Managers to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Oversee execution of sales incentive programs and monitor performance metrics

Role Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage strong relationships with enterprise clients
  • Guide and mentor Sales Managers in strategic account acquisition
  • Ensure accurate sales reporting and CRM compliance
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support client delivery and retention
