Job Title - Zonal Sales Manager

Location - Delhi

Qualification - BE/B.Tech

Year of exp - 7-15 years

Roles and Responsibility

Driving Sales and Order Booking (OB) ofSpares

Responsible for achieving sales and order booking targets for both standardand non-standard spares across the assigned zones.

Track performance metrics and ensure targets are consistently met orexceeded by developing actionable sales strategies.

Business Development and Market Expansion

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the heating sparessegment, leveraging experience in boilers and related systems.

Engage with industrial clients to understand needs and propose relevantspare solutions for performance improvement and reliability enhancement.

Lead Generation and Enquiry PipelineManagement

Ensure a continuous and quality enquiry pipeline by monitoring leadgeneration activities across the territory.

Collaborate with sales teams and dealers to convert enquiries into ordersthrough solution-based selling.

Strategic Planning for Spares Business

Develop and implement territory-level strategies for driving spares salesvolume and value.

Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competition to refine regionalstrategies for achieving growth.

Dealer Network Management

Manage, support, and develop the dealer network to enhance reach,responsiveness, and service quality.

Regularly review dealer performance in the given territory, providenecessary training and support, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

People Leadership and Team Development

  • Lead and mentor a team of Territory Managers within the function,fostering a high-performance, accountable, and collaborative culture.
  • Provide direction by offering ongoing guidance to ensure strongperformance management.

Critical Competency/Must Have

Knowledge of Boilers and Heating Systems, Knowledge of Spares andComponents, Understanding of Business Development in Industrial Equipment,Proficiency in Sales Strategy Formulation, Knowledge of Dealer NetworkManagement, Understanding of Market Dynamics in Industrial Heating Solutions
