Job Responsibilities

  • Track and report all sales activities .
  • Set sales targets for the team and ensure they are met .
  • Develop and execute sales strategy through market analysis.
  • Continuously monitor the achievement of targets by keeping close check on monthly.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Analyse sales data and preparing reports to track performance against targets.
  • Manage the budget for the sales team and ensuring that expenses are within the allocated amount.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Any graduate with MBA in Marketing with 10-15 years of experience into Sales, preferably from hospital/Pharma industry

Key Skills

  • Experience managing sales teams.
  • Familiar with territories.
  • Excellent Communication and Writing Skills.
