Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and execute zonal sales strategies aligned with company goals and revenue targets.
  • Monitor and drive performance of all showrooms within the zone to ensure achievement of daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
  • Build, train, and mentor showroom sales teams to deliver excellent customer service and achieve performance KPIs.
  • Monitor stock levels, fast-moving inventory, and coordinate with merchandising teams for stock replenishment and demand planning.
  • Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies and promotions.
  • Conduct regular showroom visits for performance reviews, staff engagement, and operational checks.
  • Implement and oversee promotional campaigns, festive offers, and events to boost footfall and conversions.
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, showroom hygiene, and customer service experience.
  • Coordinate with marketing and branding teams for regional campaigns and customer engagement programs.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and insights to senior management on a regular basis.
