About the Team and the Role:
The Sales Operations team at Ather is responsible for managing the budget for sales operations, forecasting expected revenue, and ensuring resources are optimized to maintain seamless and efficient sales operations across regions.
This role is for a Zonal Sales Manager who will understand the market and evaluate competition to devise winning sales strategies that align with company objectives. You will be responsible for setting challenging yet realistic targets, creating organized plans of action, and providing the necessary coaching and motivation to lead the sales team toward high performance.

Must Have Competencies:
1. Apply expert-level business strategy techniques to align zonal sales efforts with broader company objectives.
2. Utilize advanced selling techniques, including expert negotiation and closure skills, to drive revenue growth.
3. Employ complex problem-solving and critical thinking methodologies to navigate market challenges and competitor movements.
4. Navigate G Suite, JIRA, and Qlik platforms to manage workflows, track project tasks, and analyze operational data.
Good to have Competencies:
1. Interpret complex data sets to identify sales trends and provide actionable insights for management reporting.
2. Manage and direct people effectively while ensuring all project milestones and timescales are met.
3. Articulate information clearly and convince stakeholders through structured communication and interaction.
4. Navigate organizational change and incorporate feedback to continuously improve team performance and processes.
