We focus on manufacturing, marketing, and promoting products based on scientific research in India and also export to over 30 countries worldwide.

Role Description

This full-time, on-site role of Sales Manager South India is located in Bangalore/Hyderabad. The Sales Manager South India will be responsible for managing the sales and marketing of Fixderma products and services in the southern region of India.

  • Sales career reflecting extensive experience and consistent performance in driving new business through key accounts and establishing customer relationship and distributor relationships to increase revenue.
  • Aggressive sales tactics with strong exposure of working with prominent and high profile Dermatologist/Skin care Specialists/Skin Care clinics/ Laser centres etc
  • Acquired vast knowledge of both the marketplace and the capabilities & complexities of result driven cosmetic products.
  • Have been successful in building and maintaining relationships with key decision makers, establishing large volume & high profit accounts as well as maintaining top and bottom line profitability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or any related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales, retail management, or marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical, beauty, or skincare industry
  • A good understanding of the market and latest industry trends
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
  • Strong leadership qualities, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and achieve sales targets within deadlines
  • Familiarity with MS Office, CRM software, and data analysis tools

Willing to travel within the assigned territory to meet with customers and cover sales activities.
